This project investigates Diesel's struggling US marketing strategy and possible revitalization approach. Initial analysis highlights its historical ambitions versus bankruptcy reality, including a focus on men and a subsequent disconnect with consumers. The current marketing mix, PESTEL and SWOT analyses, and trends like sustainability are examined. The suggested strategy seeks to make Diesel more approachable, targeting eco-conscious millennials and Gen Z with updated products, lowered prices, and rebranded aesthetics. The plan also involves intensified online and offline promotion. This strategic overhaul aims to reposition Diesel and rekindle its brand appeal.
